Dr. David Warner is an outstanding ophthalmologist. He listened to me. He observed me while I read a form and signed my name. Then he knew what prescription I needed for my cataract lens. He picked up on my astigmatism and corrected for that. I have 20/20 vision in my right eye, and can see better than at any time in my life. Dr. Warner is a treasure for those of us with eyesight issues.

While I didn't see a nurse, I saw an Ophthalmology resident, an Ophthalmology assistant and a med student. As someone who has worked in healthcare for years, I feel otbis important to be able to give your customers enough time and space to address each individual with whom they had contact. The receptionist, whose name I don't know, was behind before she even arrived for work with patients arriving early for their appointments. Nonetheless she was calm (on the exterior), friendly, professional and patient; a feat for many oeople considering Epic wasn't working well nor were the printers. [NAME], the assistant, was exceptionally customer - patient oriented! She gave calm, clear instructions and explained why she was doing each rest and shared the result of them. It was very clear she feels an obligation to provide the best quality care to her patients, therefore UAMS' patients. The Resident was also professional. He lisrened carefully and responded to each of my concerns and questions. The Med Student wasn't given an opportunity to examine my eyes ot ask questions, which may be the protocol in the Ophthalmology Dept. He was standing behind the resident looking at the screen.
