one 2 questions I said yes, mostly - I'd like to explain. as for the appointment - my Otho's office scheduled my appointment with a Specialist for me (Dr. Montgomery) so I had no say - but I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen. As for did he know my history, it was my first visit so of course he didn't know everything, but I was Very impressed about how much he knew by memory after reading my paperwork. Also the intern and nurses I saw as well as Dr. Montgomery were very attentive. They listened, they explained and stayed with me until all my questions and concerns were answered. From the front to the checkout/appointment desk I felt very comfortable and at ease. Having been a cancer patient in the past and suddenly told I needed to see an ortho/oncologist was very scary. I can't even tell you how great the staff was at making me feel as if they not only cared but had my well being at heart. I'll simply say: OUTSTANDING JOB Dr. Montgomery and staff.

Everything about our visit wasn't organized. We were sent to a doctor that didn't specialize in why we there in the first place. This necessitates an additional visit. The entire campus is confusing. The doctor was not very personable and more like a distant machine.
