If you are in need of urgent or emergency care, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department at your local hospital.

If you are sick or have a minor injury and need to talk to someone right away, you can access UAMS HealthNow for a video visit with a UAMS Health provider 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Led by Arkansas’ only orthopaedic surgeons who are fellowship-trained in orthopaedic oncology, the UAMS Health Orthopaedic Oncology Clinic offers state-of-the-art treatments for both benign and malignant bone and soft tissue tumors.

Our experts provide complete orthopaedic tumor care and advanced surgical techniques to preserve as much bone, muscle and functionality as possible. Evaluations and surgical procedures are carefully coordinated with medical and radiation cancer doctors to provide comprehensive cancer care close to your home.

UAMS Health orthopaedic oncologists provide top-rated care to adult patients in the Orthopaedic Oncology Clinic located in the Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital and to pediatric patients at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

After turning off of Cottage Drive, use the right lane to drop off patients under the overhang.
Continue straight to the roundabout for parking.
Enter through the gate and take a ticket. Take your ticket with you to be validated for free parking.
Handicapped and mobility-accessible parking is on the right. Additional parking is available on the left.

We will talk with you about your needs and may request further information be sent to us from your other physicians.

Although UAMS Health does not require a physician referral, some insurance providers require a referral for specialty care. Please check with your insurance provider before requesting an appointment

What to Bring to Your Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including slides or test results from other clinics.

For future appointments, please provide updated medical and insurance information.

UAMS Health MyChart is a free online patient portal that gives you secure, 24-hour access to your health information. You can view lab and test results, send messages to your doctor, make appointments, pre-register for visits, refill prescriptions, and pay your bills. New patients can also register for MyChart and schedule their first appointment at participating clinical locations using the same simple tool—making it easier than ever to get started with UAMS Health. Ask your provider or clinic staff to send you a sign-up link by email or text. Once you receive the link, you’ll have eight hours to sign up using just your name and date of birth.
