I was shocked at how well she ignored me. We talked for 1 -1/2 minutes she then left the room and made me sit alone for 15 min. She came back and told me to go labs and shuffled me out the door, I tried to ask questions but she ignored me. She said she would call with lab report and never did.

What was discussed and what was put in the after visit notes were not the same. No follow up calls for infusion or scope has happened.

Well, a doctor needs to let the patient explain more detail what's going on instead of cutting them off.

The gastrointestinal nurse practitioner did not seem to have the so called bedside manners. I didn't feel as if it mattered to the nurse practitioner what issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if I was rushed through the exam.

I was a referral patient and got in much quicker than I had been lead to believe I would. I was very pleased with the APRN that was assigned to me. I am very hopeful she will be able to diagnose my problem and I will get some results soon.
