About the Medical Oncology and Infusion Clinic in North Little Rock
The Medical Oncology and Infusion Clinic provides specialty care for all cancers through the expertise of the academic faculty of the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute. The disease subspecialists rotate through the clinic each week to provide the same level of expertise available on the UAMS Medical Center campus. They are supported by a team of experienced oncology nurses.
The infusion clinic can accommodate most of the chemotherapy regimens for solid tumors. Hematology patients (leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma) will need to be treated on the UAMS Medical Center campus due to the more complex therapies required.
