Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup plain 1% yogurt
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Place cut up strawberries in medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey and toss to coat.

Put 1 ¼ cup plain yogurt in a small bowl and garnish with sweetened strawberries.
