Patient ratings are not available for this provider. Why not?

Why are there no ratings?

There is no publicly available rating for this medical professional for one of three reasons:

  • He or she does not see patients
  • He or she sees patients but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is statistically reliable and a true reflection of patient satisfaction.
  • He or she is a resident physician.

About Dr. Bledsoe

Clinical Biography

Dr. Bledsoe is a bariatric and general surgeon who cares for patients with obesity as well as a broad range of general surgical conditions. His clinical focus includes minimally invasive and robotic surgery, with particular expertise in sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, revision of previous bariatric procedures, and the surgical management of complications related to prior weight-loss surgery.

He also treats patients with gallbladder disease, hiatal and paraesophageal hernias, inguinal, umbilical, ventral and incisional hernias, appendicitis, diverticulitis, bowel obstruction, and other disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. When appropriate, he uses minimally invasive approaches designed to reduce pain, shorten recovery time, and help patients return to normal activities as safely and efficiently as possible.

Dr. Bledsoe places particular emphasis on helping patients understand their condition and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. For patients considering bariatric surgery, his approach extends beyond the operation itself and focuses on achieving durable improvements in health, quality of life, and obesity-related medical conditions.
