About Dr. Moore
Clinical Biography
Dr. Heather Moore graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed a residency in Internal Medicine, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Moore completed a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at UAMS, and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Moore practices at the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Palliative Care clinic, and serves in both the UAMS Hospital and the Central Arkansas Healthcare System Palliative Care teams. Her interests include hospice and palliative care, cancer pain and symptom management, Veterans’ needs at the end of life, and caregiver support.
