My biggest problem with the doctor is he kept interrupting me. He would ask a question and I would be trying to answer as succinctly as possible (it's a long-term problem with many details) and he would interrupt my answer and ask another question. He generally seemed in a hurry.

He let me go through all of the options several times until I made a decision. He was very understanding and did not judge my decision at all.

I was very excited at the end of my visit with Dr. Hamilton Newhart. He listened to my concerns and he believed me. He examined my toe area and explained to me the cause of pain I was experiencing in another part of my toe that had been injured as well. The break was healing just fine but there were ligaments that were very painful. He recommended a device for surf tow. My toe has been feeling so much better. I have been able to enjoy walking again with the seniors and alone. Dr. Newhart was very personable, kind, friendly, and concerned. I felt that he wanted my foot better as much as I did! Thank you UAMS and staff! I have had great experiences and the BEST care at UAMS.

He'll never down here didn't listen well to my concerns and make me feel like I shouldn't be concerned about my condition at all. I was taking back how cold he was and detached.

This was my first visit. First time I ever had a cortisone shot. Very good explanation and care. After my primary care visit she submitted for another X-ray and we will go over that when I come back in a month. Thank you.
