Yes, my doctor and the staff are very nice and they're always there to help you with anything you need and my doctor is always trying to make sure that she's taking very good care of me. Thank you.

Our appt was changed to telephone appointment. They did not call the correct number provided. Carmen T Paniagua, APRN, CNP was very rude, ill mannered and condescending. Dealing with a memory care patient is hard enough on family in charge of her care and I would have thought she could keep that in mind instead of adding to the stress.

I was on the waiting list for this appointment. I really appreciate the staff scheduler who called me when another patient canceled. She was very kind! I had a [TIME] phone call appointment. But at [2 1/2 HOURS EARLIER] that morning I received a call from the doctor while I was at the UAMS gym. I was out of breath and did not have my notes that I had made in preparation for the phone call. The doctor told me that she was calling early because she had had a cancellation. I did not feel prepared for the appointment that I have been waiting for. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry. If she introduced herself I did not catch her name. At the end I had to ask for her name, but I didn't have a pen or paper to write it down. The total appointment lasted about 15 minutes. I have had good phone appointments with established doctors whom I knew. But I left this appointment with a sense of frustration and lack of information. She told me someone should call me to schedule a procedure, but I haven't been called yet.

I believe the medical team understood me and responded in a caring professional way. I appreciate UAMS and would come back when needed.
