I was not at all happy with the visit. I waited almost three months for the appointment, and then didn't see a doctor only an APN. Dhe talked over us, and provided very little information on possible diagnosis.

Carmen Paniagua did not take the time to listen to me, she never examined me despite my concerns of abdominal pain in two locations, and seemed to be in a rush to get me on my way. I was her first appointment of the day. She spent 5 minutes with me, wrote me a referral to the Infectious Disease Center and sent me to the lab without explaining that I would be tested for HIV, Hep C, Hep B, and Syphilis. I asked what tests she needed, but she did not answer me. She just told me where the lab was located. I understand the test was needed, but it would have been helpful if she had taken a moment to explain that I was being tested for STDS and drug use related infections. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing that I didn't know what I was being tested for. I do not trust her to take care of my medical needs.

I got on fabulously with my doctor, and IF I ever need her medically, I most definitely will schedule a future appointment. No follow-up needed! Thanks for seeing me Dr. Paniagua ! (Our joke)

Great experience. The staff were all polite, respectful and professional. The doctor had reviewed my medical information prior to my appointment and was very helpful in the information she provided. The way she presented the information helped me to feel more comfortable and relaxed during the appointment.

I was in tears when I left this appointment. She didn't want to listen or talk to me she's rude. She laughed in my face. I was totally confused and besides myself when I walked out. I was under the impression from my Dr up here that a certain procedure could be performed and when I asked she laughed and said we don't do that here. Then she got up opened the door and said the exit is that way and pointed.

I was shocked at how well she ignored me. We talked for 1 -1/2 minutes she then left the room and made me sit alone for 15 min. She came back and told me to go labs and shuffled me out the door, I tried to ask questions but she ignored me. She said she would call with lab report and never did.

What was discussed and what was put in the after visit notes were not the same. No follow up calls for infusion or scope has happened.
