Only problem is our wait time. We waited so long we were an hour late to our next appointment. Thank goodness the doctor still agreed to see us. I know things happens but maybe some comm7nication would help.

I had such a long wait before I ever got to see the doctor. And then after I got to the back room, I still had a long wait. She had three people ahead of me back in the rooms. So I think I was at Jones eye for over three hours, which I thought was a little too long. Thank you.
