The doctor could have explained to me did I need to continue eye drops or just am I going to have dry eyes from now or something but I feel like he should have explained a little more to me about the care of my eye as I go forward

I would suggest that you all improve the wait time to actually see the doctor. We had a [TIME] appointment and didn't leave your office until [3 HOURS LATER]. The patient is an [AGE]-year-old woman with blood pressure issues and lots of other health concerns. So three hours at a doctor's office is more than two or three times longer than it seemed like it should have taken. We saw several people in between, like every 20 or 30 minutes somebody would come and get us to do something different, but it was over two hours before we actually even met the doctor. And then we actually met the resident first, and then the doctor came in for maybe at the most three minutes. The long wait time and not getting really to spend any real time with the actual doctor was disappointing. I would improve that in the future.

Support staff in the clinic is the absolute worst. They do not return phone calls. They do not assist the patients with communication between doctors. The managers of the nursing staff is the same. Multiple complaints made for no return phone calls to management with now follow up.

It took a long time to get an appointment. It also took a long time to actually see the doctor when we were at UAMS.
