As an RN in the ANGELS Call Center, we speak with Spanish speaking pt’s every day. Because of our Interpreter Services we never have to worry about speaking with these patients. The interpreters are amazing. All I have to do is call them and a friendly voice is immediately on the phone to help! They help us triage our patients, perform follow up calls, make appointments and anything our patients need. They have even inspired me to try to learn a little Spanish so I can communicate with these patients better too! Every hospital that has a Spanish Speaking population needs an Interpreter Services Department like ours!
