Clinical Resource: Hitting Progression

The UAMS Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Hitting Progression document outlines a seven-step program for baseball players recovering from injury to safely return to hitting. Each step, repeated every other day 3-5 times, emphasizes form, gradual intensity increase, and pain management (stop if pain occurs, resume after soreness subsides).
