The UAMS Orthopaedics Golf Progression is a 5-week program designed to gradually reintroduce golfers to playing after an injury, focusing on a structured increase in golf-specific activities. The progression, outlined for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, includes putting, chipping, and swinging with various clubs (short irons, medium irons, long irons, woods, and drivers), with rest intervals and injury-specific warm-up exercises. Ice is recommended after each session.
