CenteringPregnancy® is prenatal care that combines your regular health check-up with extra time for learning and sharing. You’ll spend more time with your provider, learn about pregnancy and birth, and connect with other expecting moms—while still getting 1:1 time with your provider at each visit

What to Expect
- Groups start after the first trimester
- Monthly group visits (about 2 hours)
- 1:1 with your provider at each visit
- Led by your care team in a relaxed setting
