When I came to the front desk to make an appointment the lady gave me a card to call and make a appointment.I ask could I make one now since I'm here... she said no, but call the number. Another lady at another desk said have you been here before I said yes. I also had Pap smear 2022. I had surgery and was referred here by my Doctor years ago. She took some info. Then she said looks like we can see you tomorrow I gave her my insurance information she said see you tomorrow at [TIME]. I said thank you Jesus. I was fearful cause I didn't know what was wrong early 60s can be frightening.... Thanks for your caring front desk ( lady number 2) who figured out I was a little nervous. I'm doing fine now

I felt very heard and cared for at my appointment by both providers. They were patient and empathetic. It was the best experience I've had in a while at a doctors office and I'm glad I chose UAMS Women's Center.

The front desk checked me in for only my gynecologist visit and not my mammogram. The mammography tech told me I needed to go back and check in so I would show up in her system.
