UAMS Puberty Education

There’s a lot of chatter at school and online. A lot of the information is wrong, and even dangerous. Girlology and Guyology give kids the real facts about puberty, hygiene, and what’s going on with their own body and others in a way that’s interactive, entertaining, and completely cringe-free. Pre-teens, teens – and the adult who attends with them — will leave feeling informed, confident, and better prepared for the changes ahead. When kids know what to expect before their bodies and minds begin to change, they feel more confident and more prepared. UAMS now offers Girlology for girls ages 8-14 and Guyology for Boys ages 9-13.
