The waiting time in the room to see the doctor was too long. The nurse put me in the room and I had to wait for an hour in the room before able to see the doctor

Dr Jaganath, my PCP, is brilliant, communicates with me tremendously well, and is so kind. He's the best physician I've had in many years. I treasure him and feel lucky to be in his care.

Everyone was fantastic and very courteous. My only complaint were wait times. They got me in my room on time, but it was almost fully an hour before I saw anyone, and it was another hour of intermittent waiting before I was able to leave

I like the care of my doctor provide a lot. I just couldn't get in to see my doctor until June. I was supposed to see him in February of this year. That was my only concern. Other than that my doctor is the joy I trust my doctor with my medical care most definitely.

The nurse was young and not an expert about needle care while still in a patient's arm. She turned her body to grab another vacutainer and almost pulled the need out of my arm. I saw the tubing go tight and felt the pressure (and pain) in my arm and moved my arm to go with her. Otherwise, there would have been blood everywhere. When she was done, she was very gentle removing the needle. But it left a hematoma on my arm the size of a quarter.
