Dr. Kiser had me as a patient at Baptist Rehab last year following 2 back surgeries in 3-week period. It was his leadership and personal involvement with my case that was the reason for my successful recovery. He is very friendly and knowledgable. I am where I am with my treatment because of his expertise. Thank you Dr. Kiser.

We had our appointment at a certain time and after checking in at the front desk and the nurse and getting to the room, we waited almost 45 minutes before the doctor even showed up into the building. If that's going to be the case, then they need to reflect that with appointment times and not make them 45 minutes before you know that the doctor is going to be there.

Yes this is [NAME] commenting on the survey I just did. The technology has gotten in the way of me getting to my appointments because of the involvement of transportation arrangements and transportation period. So, to give you an example, when they call to pre-register, well, by the time I get that information and by the time I get the appointment, then I have to arrange for transportation on an accessible bus. And that particular delay of them trying to pre-register me has recently canceled three appointments I've had with Dr. Kaiser's clinic. Now, between the U.S. mail and between my regular phone and between my specific transportation needs, it doesn't need to be.
