It seems my particular situation is unique, and the fellow and doctor had not prepared to have a discussion about my cancer post op treatment because I also have multiple sclerosis. The fellow pretty much said the opposite of the oncologist who needed to talk to more people about what to do in my situation. She even said something along the lines of she didn't remember I was the one with MS and needed to talk to the oncology pharmacist about endocrine therapy for my case specifically which I feel could have been done prior to my appointment so that we could have had a more informed discussion.
