It took a 2nd session with Dr. Obulareddy to have her clearly explain that chemotherapy was an elective treatment and was not absolutely necessary because I was actually cancer free after Dr. [NAME] removed the tumor. It Is, also, unfortunate that I was told this clearly after I had had the additional surgery to implant a Cath port the day before in my chest. [OTHER PROVIDER ENCOUNTER]

Dr Obulareddy and I had an interactive discussion regarding my treatment plan. She answered my questions and responded exceptionally quickly regarding adding a medication to my list of drugs based on lab results.
