My appointment was excellent. I was sent to the lab where I sat for over an hour in a congested room that spilled out into the hallway. The staff was talking and laughing loudly, joking around with each other, and had absolutely no sense of professionalism. Bottom line my appointment was a [DATE]. My lab visit experience was a [DATE].

Dr. Keskin is extremely kind, caring and is there for all the right reasons, to care for her patients. I wish she could be molded. Unfortunately I was referred to the wrong specialty through no one's fault but Dr. Keskin took care of my referral to the correct specialist as well as asked about any concerns in her area of specialty. She is awesome!! Thank you for having her at UAMS.

I didn't like the way the doctor and student copied the same steps with me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt insulted by the doctor when she kept repeating her words about me being allergic to dust mites and then try to clean it up by saying that all people have dust mites in their home. I had taken an allergy test in Oct 2023 in Sherwood with my PCP, but she did not want to use it. She suggest that I take another allergy test which is unreasonable and very expensive to me. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone I know.

VRI video relay interpreter didn't get my information but I did repeat to make sure my doctor understand. An interpreter did misspoken my message. Please watch out for Interpreter to make sure do follow ethics and their job. Prefer live person or face to face interpreter
