Clinical Biography
Navin R. Kilambi, M.D., specializes in sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery and has extensive experience with minimally invasive joint surgery.
He treats patients both non-surgically as needed and surgically including numerous orthopaedic procedures of the shoulder; rotator cuff and labrum; knee ligaments; meniscus; and cartilage; elbow pain; tendon injuries and tendinitis; carpal tunnel; and fracture care.
Dr. Kilambi brings two decades of experience as an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist treating athletes in all levels of organized sports, as well as non-athletes that experience pain or injury in everyday life. He loves living in the area he grew up in and caring for the wonderful people of the Northwest Arkansas region.

Academic Biography
Navin R. Kilambi, M.D., is a Fayetteville native and alumnus of Fayetteville High School (valedictorian) and the University of Arkansas (summa cum laude) with a bachelor’s in chemical engineering.
He completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock (Alpha Omega Alpha, highest honors).
He then served in the U.S. Navy on ships and hospitals and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery in Naval Medical Center San Diego. He concluded his Navy service as a staff orthopaedic surgeon in San Diego with attachment to USNS Mercy Hospital Ship.
Dr. Kilambi did his fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopy at the prestigious Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center where he cared for a variety of patients and injuries including athletes from high schools through the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals.
