All of my experiences at the Proton Center have been positive. Not much waiting time to see the doctor or have a treatment. Happy to have parking close to front door. Everyone I have dealt with there is very helpful, supportive and efficient.

Dr . Patel listen and answer patients relatives concern and questions patiently, and very easy to work with , took some time talking to us with our concerns . We do really appreciate his time and dedication to help us with my husbands lung cancer.

Front desk did not have a clue! We arrived at [45 MIN BEFORE] appointment said tone seated and the nurse would be soon out to get us! [20 MIN AFTER APPT TIME] came and I went to front desk and asked what the problem was and there the paper work was sitting on desk never to be put in computer of nurse to get us! The nurse told us that they didn't think we were going to show up being it was [20 MIN AFTR APPT]! We the told the nurse we had been there over an hour. The nurse then told us that the doctor had been waiting for us to show! Front desk dropped the ball big..,,,,,,, top it off the supervisor was part of it all!!!!
