The physician can improve on follow up concerns questions. I sent a message and it didn't get a response for some time Also I asked for an explanation of test scores and a nurse responded with a response that was not what I asked instead of my physician.

It took a week-and-a-half to book my appointment; very disappointing. I have a rare condition causing a painful and disfiguring rash, and need help managing a flare up. Initially, I was told to wait on the newly hired physician to on-board in September. After begging the nurse to get me an earlier appointment, Holly made my my case with Dr. Gaddam, who saw me two business days later. I'm so thankful!

I sat in the examination room an hour & 1/2 before the Doctor saw me. I don't blame her for this but I do blame the "system" of over booking appointments to increase income. UAMS needs to be more considerate of their patients time. Dr. Gaddam is a doctor that I believe I will grow to trust with my Healthcare.
