I explained that after a car wreck and my neck was fractured I started having a low pitch humming in my ears and two other doctors said it was pressure from fracture against the spinal cord and audiologist's did a hearing test which I passed and the concurred with the other doctors as to why I am hearing that noise was from fracture pressing against spinal cord cord.
