My Mom (she's [80+]) wants to meet my PCP (Dr. Lauren Gibson-Oliver). She's really good.

I had several items of concern on my agenda. She addressed every one of them. And we set up actionable items and things to be done all positive.

I love Dr Gibson. I was so glad to actually get an appointment with her instead of someone else in the group.

I saw an attending physician, a resident, and a med student and all 3 of them were so amazing and kind. They were really nice and listened and answered all of the questions I had!

The Appointment Center needs more education on how to reschedule patients when a clinic has been canceled. More than once when my PCP has had to cancel, my appointment is moved 6-8 months out - to the "1st available". When in actuality, the patients from that appointment should be shuffled in a spot within a couple of weeks. Slots should be left open for this. I'm a retired RN from [OTHER FACILITY] in the , and frequently had to reschedule appointments for many reasons. If the cx clinic wasn't a busy one, I slipped pts in slots within 2 weeks. If it was a heavy pt day, my Attending opened another day.
