Dr. Juan Carlos Rico Crescencio is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Universidad de Zaragoza in Spain. He then completed Internal Medicine residency training at Lincoln Medical Center in New York, where he went on to serve as Chief Resident, followed by fellowship training in Infectious Disease at North Shore-LIJ Health System, New York.. Dr. Rico is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

I thought Dr. Rico was extremely knowledgeable, very respectful, high degree of communication, spent a lot of time making sure that I understood my history, my current status, and my prognosis. Overall, I was extremely happy with my visit, and I feel very confident in the care that I'm getting. I feel like it's world class.
