Your communications was garbled. I could not understand some of the questions. You need to see if you can clean that up. And Dr. Muesse is a bright spot in my life. He kept me alive. So, I'm very pleased with him and the hospital. Thank you.

My husband was sent by ambulance Wednesday[DATE] to UAMS, we were told he wld have a biopsy on Thursday, that never happened while he was in the hospital. He had to return on Tuesday for a biopsy. We have learned it is a total nightmare to get information and care from anyone at UAMS and no one seems to care about the importance and urgency for someone struggling with a cancer diagnosis

Was referred to surgical oncology by geriatrician and told they should be contacting us next day or so. Was given number to call if we had not heard back. Called the number and was told multi-disciplinary team meeting to determine how to proceed and that was why we had not heard back sooner. Someone called us back to give us an overview and said we would get a call the next day (DAY) to give us the date of a clinic visit with the surgical oncologist to explain the situation. Didn't hear back Friday. When we had not heard back by [DAY] afternoon, we called and found our an appointment had been scheduled but we were not notified. Once we got to clinic, very pleased with medical team services.
