I really appreciated his willingness to help me find an internal medicine Dr. it's been very difficult to find a Dr that will take a new patient, but he has made a referral to someone he respects & believes will be a good fit for me.

I needed another one follow up phone calls. I only got one follow up phone call after my procedure, and I have experience pain. But I need to understand more extensively and I did not get any more follow up calls. So I need more communication, and understanding of what I need to do and I also need to know if I should come in and be seen again. So I haven't heard anything back from the doctor since so that I didn't like. Thank you.

Need to make sure insurance covers procedures before scheduling. We were called 1 hour before procedure to tell us insurance had denied it. Still have not got it rescheduled. Waiting for appeal to be processed.

More timely appointment. Very beurocratic. Too many lengthy processes and procedures. You need to streamline this process for those that are 8 or above pain threshold.

Dr Smith was provided me a thorough plan of care with explanations of what to expect. He was patient with my questions and it was evident he had reviewed my record prior to the visit. The front desk receptionist was kind and courteous. Office and exam rooms are immaculate. I was registered and into see Dr Smith with no delay past my scheduled appointment time.

Doctors and nurses were fantastic. It was very difficult to find the facility, and understanding where to park was very challenging. You need more outside signage as to "where to go" and "how to get there"

The building was extremely cold, and the pain management I went to that was suppose to help my pain actually made me very very sore. I am in more pain now than I was before the injections.

I find the UAMS team members, all of the staff I encountered were wonderful, doctors, nurses, reception, all I encountered were gracious & helpful. I do hope to go to my appointment for my Botox injection to make the pain in my right hip better, as I feel the staff will do a wonderful job taking care of me. Approval from my insurance companies are all that seems to be standing in my way. Thank you to all the staff at UAMS.

Dr. Gregory Smith is an outstanding Interventional Pain Management Specialist. I was impressed that he is double boarded in both Anesthesiology and Interventional. Pain Management. He had an outstanding bedside manner and spent time explaining to me in detail what he was going to do, what I should expect, and possible future steps. He was very professional and also comforting. I worked in the healthcare field for many years and set up an interventional pain management service for a group of 10 neurosurgeons in New England. I contracted with a group of anesthesiologists to provide the services. Dr. Smith impressed me far more than any of the anesthesiologists with whom I previously worked. Also, the other UAMS pain clinic staff members were also exceptional - very kind, helpful, and competent. I was especially impressed with [NAME], who prepped me for the procedure. I was also grateful for the follow up call the next day from another staff member. Such an outstanding staff and great service!!

This Dr. is knowledgeable, kind, thorough, non- painful in his exams. I look forward to appointments and always take his advise seriously! (Although the new wt. scales in his office, are inaccurate- as discussed by myself & 3 other patients on the elevator. I actually weighed myself 3x in an hr, on 3 different scales... Only his office was off! This is a big deal, for us girls!) Otherwise, Dr. Smith is top rated!
