Dora Mah Smith, M.D., is a native of Lake Village, Arkansas. After completing her residency at UAMS, Smith assumed the role of Administrative Chief Resident in the UAMS Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She then served as the Medical Student Clerkship Director in OB/GYN from 2010 to 2017.

Dr. D. Smith addressed every concern I presented to her in relation to wanting to try to conceive after recurrent losses. She came up with a prophylactic treatment plan, addressed all of the things we would do if I got pregnant concerning treatment and close monitoring, and she was able to give me a lot of peace of mind and reassurance to start my journey trying to conceive again.

Saw a nurse and she was mentoring a student nurse. Always will be willing to help with education of new members of health care. Dr Smith is consistently approachable, has down to earth conversation, and knowledgeable.
