The medication he prescribed and practices he suggested are helping my migraines and light sensitivity somewhat.

I enjoyed the friendly nurses and staff. The provider was very nice and friendly. Everything was clean and sanitized. They ask that you bring your medicine list so I did. I also brought a list of all surgeries and diseases and illnesses. It was obvious the Dr did not look at it. If he did he didn't seem like it. Overall, I will be back and thinking about switching from my eye dr I have seen for years to Jones eye institute

I didn't understand one of the terms that the doctor used at the appointment. I thought I did, but I tried to send a message through the portal after I left, when I went home and Googled some things. I got a message that evening on my email that said that I had received a message about 6 o'clock that night. Then I got on there and I tried to check it, and I've tried to check it several times since, and I can't find any message. I can't find any response at all. It's been a little while since my appointment, a week now. I don't know. I guess I just didn't really like that because I was kind of worried about it. That's it. That's my feedback.

This is [PATIENT NAME] and I had a wonderful experience. Although we did walk out of the office without eye protection and I had dilated eyes and no paper documentation either. Those are the only two things I would like to have had.

I've never felt more dismissed by a doctor in my life. I felt like he read my referral and decided the problem before he even saw me. When I voiced concerns that everything I've read about what he suggested my issue was not matching my issues I was blown off. Would never consider seeing that doctor again.

Get appointments a lot sooner. I had to wait almost a year and a half to get an appointment. By then, some of my symptoms had disappeared.
