From the time you walk in and check in everyone is courteous. Shout outs to CNP Amelia RAY Ferguson who was very thorough with my exam. RN [NAME] who has bent over backwards to help with my scheduling and also answers all my text and emails. And Dr [NAME] showed concerned with my issue and eased my mind on my upcoming surgery.

Nurse Practitioner Amelia [RAY] Ferguson is always extremely supportive and helpful when I see her. She listens to all of my questions and concerns and spends as much time as she needs to make sure I understand everything. She is well acquainted with my history and has always been very attentive to my care. I would happily recommend her to anyone with back problems!

I was on time for my appointment. Once called to the exam room, I waited over an hour (with no explanation) before I saw a clinician. This seems to be the norm at this clinic which is very frustrating.
