About Mobile Health Unit
The purpose of the Mobile Health Unit is to provide much-needed public health services to vulnerable populations and underserved communities across Arkansas. These areas are usually rural communities and places where traditional health care resources aren’t easy to access.
The mobile unit began operating in April 2020, a variety of services. We now offer:
- free flu shots
- free COVID-19 vaccines
UAMS offers the Pfizer vaccine unless otherwise specified.
Mobile Unit Schedule
The mobile unit is supported by Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Bank of America Foundation.
UAMS Health MyChart
UAMS Health MyChart is a patient portal that gives you free, secure 24-hour online access to your health information. You can see your lab and test results, send messages to your doctor, make appointments, refill prescriptions and pay your bills. Ask your clinic staff or hospital nurse how to sign up for UAMS Health MyChart.
