If you are sick or have a minor injury and need to talk to someone right away, you can access UAMS HealthNow for a video visit with a UAMS Health provider 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About Cardiothoracic Surgery Clinic

The experienced surgeons in our clinic offer a range of solutions for patients with heart conditions or thoracic disorders, which typically involve the lungs and esophagus. We are committed to helping you improve your quality of life.

At UAMS Health, you have access to the most advanced and recent developments in cardiovascular surgery. Our surgeons work closely with cardiologists, radiologists and pulmonologists to provide complete care.

Parking Information

Parking is available in Parking Deck 3 at the corner of Cedar Street and Capitol Avenue. Valet parking is available in front of the Outpatient Center for a fee.

Appointment Information

Appointments are by referral only. Please contact your primary care doctor to obtain a referral.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including slides or test results from other clinics.

For future appointments, please provide updated medical and insurance information.

Telemedicine Information

In an effort to keep our patients and health care workers safe, we are offering virtual visits and phone visits.

This service is available to both new and existing patients. Patients should call 501-686-8000 to schedule a telemedicine appointment.
