Who Can Use UAMS HealthNow?
Anyone in Arkansas can use UAMS HealthNow. You do not have to be an Arkansas resident, but you must be in Arkansas during the time of your visit.
Preparing for Your Visit
Before the virtual visit, you will have to fill out a form (register) and upload a copy of your driver's license or state ID. You will also give a reason for your visit and provide a short health history.
Start Your Virtual Visit
After you register, you will go to a virtual waiting room. A health care provider (such as a doctor or nurse) will join you. Wait time can vary and will depend on how many other people are using the service.
