Virtual Urgent Care with UAMS HealthNow

UAMS HealthNow is here to care for you when you are sick or have minor injuries. Any between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., we can treat your symptoms from the comfort of your home.

Common Illnesses

Sore throat, cough, sinus or allergy symptoms, cold or flu symptoms, headache, pink eye, urinary pain, or yeast infections.

Minor infections, rashes, hives, scabies, and lice.

Who Can Use UAMS HealthNow?

Anyone in Arkansas can use UAMS HealthNow. You do not have to be an Arkansas resident, but you must be in Arkansas during the time of your visit.

After you register, you will go to a virtual waiting room. A health care provider (such as a doctor or nurse) will join you. Wait time can vary and will depend on how many other people are using the service.

Needing Emotional Wellness Support?

Our call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call (800) 482-9921. If you need support during regular business hours, please call (501) 526-3563. The virtual clinic is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can help with substance abuse disorders and emotional wellness problems (such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia).
