Our call center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at (800) 482-9921 or (501) 526-3563 during regular business hours. The virtual clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Common Illnesses
Common illnesses such as sore throat, cough, sinus or allergy symptoms, cold or flu symptoms, headache, pink eye, urinary pain or yeast infections

GI
Symptoms of heartburn (reflux), diarrhea, upset stomach or nausea and vomiting

Skin Conditions
Minor nuisances of the skin such as minor infections, rashes, hives, scabies and lice

Minor Injury
Minor injuries such as minor cuts or scrapes, muscle or joint pain, burns, bites, and other injuries
Who Is Eligible for a HealthNow Visit?
People in Arkansas. Patients do not have to be Arkansas residents to be seen by HealthNow but anyone who wants to be seen must be within the borders of Arkansas at the time of their visit.
Preparing for Your Visit
You will be asked to provide all required information for registration, as well as visit details and a brief medical history.
You will also need to upload a copy of your driver's license (state ID) and insurance card.
