Condition: Baggy Eyes

Also called: Dermatochalasis

Also known as dermatochalasis, a condition that describes excess skin of the upper or lower eyelids. This may also be associated with excess fat of the eyelids (steatoblepharon) and/or drooping of the upper lids (blepharoptosis). 

The treatment, blepharoplasty, may be as simple as removing the excess skin. It may also involve removing the excess fat and/or elevating the upper lid to improve vision.
