Welcome to UAMS South Central and Pine Bluff, serving the South region of Arkansas. Our campus has a long history in the UAMS Regional System and is committed to improving health through patient care, education, and partnership.
Our clinic supports patients with convenient services. We provide in-house lab services and X-ray, telemedicine, and specialized tools such as teleretinal imaging for diabetic patients and ultrasound used for teaching and training. We also provide clinical procedures, including IUD insertion and removal.
Patients are supported by an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians with training across multiple specialties, along with care coordination and an onsite clinical pharmacist, as well as a behavioral health specialist. We also work closely with our hospital partners, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, where patients may be seen in the emergency department and managed inpatient when needed.
As a teaching clinic, our care team includes experienced faculty who work alongside family medicine residents, doctors in training, and other health profession learners, helping strengthen the health care workforce for Arkansas. We’re proud to care for this region and to help train health care professionals who will serve Arkansas communities.
