Welcome to UAMS East Regional Campus, serving the Delta region with a focus on improving community health through care, education, and outreach.
For 30 years, UAMS East worked hard to make the Arkansas Delta a healthier place to live, serving a seven-county region with offices in Helena, West Memphis, and Lake Village. Our campus houses a family medical clinic, fitness center, teaching classrooms and auditorium, and administrative space. At the UAMS East Family Medical Center.
Our providers care for patients of all ages, from wellness visits and immunizations to behavioral health, prenatal care with delivery at UAMS, and a pediatric nurse educator for our growing pediatric population. Telemedicine and satellite clinics connect our patients to specialists at UAMS in Little Rock.
Our fitness center offers strength and cardio equipment, group classes including yoga, Silver Sneakers, cardio sculpt, and indoor and outdoor walking tracks. Our outreach team provides school-based health education, worksite wellness, programs for civic and community organizations, and CPR and first aid classes.
As a teaching clinic, our care team includes experienced faculty who work with doctors in training and other health professions learners, helping to strengthen the health care workforce for Arkansas.
It is our goal at UAMS East Regional Campus to provide excellent patient care and preventative services to the citizens in our counties. We are proud to serve our communities and look forward to continuing service for many years to come.
