All UAMS employees, non-employees and students are required to become vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day at work at UAMS.
COVID-19 vaccines are available to all central Arkansas UAMS employees and students in the Student and Employee Health Services Clinic on Tuesday mornings from 7 a.m. to noon and Friday afternoons from noon to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are not required. Pfizer is the only COVID-19 vaccine offered.
UAMS employees and students working outside of central Arkansas may receive their vaccine at one of the regional campuses. Please contact the employee health nurse at your local regional campus for information about when and where the COVID-19 vaccines are offered.
If you receive your vaccinations outside of UAMS Student and Employee Health Services please provide documentation to Student and Employee Health Services to StudentAndEmployeeHealth@uams.edu.
Be sure to complete the online consent form within 48 hours of getting in line to receive the vaccination. You must complete the online consent form and have your badge at the time of your appointment.

Who Are Non-employees?
Non-employees are defined as non-UAMS workers, contractors, visiting students, visiting faculty, pharmaceutical representatives, traveling nurses, locum tenens physicians, custodians, and employees of businesses who work on a UAMS campus.
