See the Difference a Day Makes!
On Wednesday, April 14, UAMS will launch its fourth UAMS Day of Giving. This 24-hour giving event is a day of gratitude and giving for UAMS; celebrating the resilience of the entire UAMS community and the hope we collectively bring to our patients and their loved ones, our students and faculty and each other. It is designed to engage and inspire all those connected to UAMS as well as community members who appreciate the light UAMS shines on our state.
Since opening its doors in October of 1879, UAMS remains a beacon of light in the medical care industry making patients and their families a priority, and cultivating the highest level of excellence in medical professionals in the state.
Give Kindness, Compassion and Thanks!
Send a note of gratitude and encouragement to a frontline health care hero at UAMS. Your thoughtful note will mean so much to those who have been battling the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year. You are welcome to send more than one note if you feel so compelled. Thank you for your support of these special women and men!
Send a NoteDrop Off Donations of Food and Other Items
In celebration of this day dedicated to giving and gratitude at UAMS, you’re also invited to drop off donations of food and other items for the Stocked & Reddie Food Pantry in Little Rock, serving UAMS employees and students. Those living in other areas of the state may drop off their charitable donations at their nearest UAMS Regional Campus. Needs include: canned tuna, canned chicken, peanut butter, cereal, pasta and feminine hygiene products.
