Everything was smooth with podiatry , the problem came after. My script has to be approved by a GP to be filled, I had to leave it at internal medicine with a form. I was called after being told that I had to fill out a form and leave it that I had to be seen in person and it is being mailed back to me. I had been trying to get a script approved months ago. And was told I had to leave it then too. It was approved and sent to be filled , I immediately went to be fitted and was told it was not sent over in time to be filled and had expired. I had to get this appointment with podiatry for this script. I just hope I can get this one filled and the script mailed back to me makes it in time for me to take it with me to the GP for my appointment back there on Friday. I am not having a good experience at with this part. I have been working on getting new shoes over 2 years and am in agony over it!
I've been with you all's service for 15 years. I wouldn't go nowhere else.
I would like to be able to schedule my appointment to see my physician sooner at UAMS, I have to wait sometimes several months before I can see my physician, the scheduler always say they are booked until several months later.
Had a pleasant visit and foot care with Dr Teri Cohen
