Dr Zafar was very kind and considerate. I loved how he took the time to ask [PATIENT NAME] how she felt before/during a seizure and was very patient as she struggled to explain the best way she can, as she has a delayed mental capacity. He did not show any signs of frustration or hurry, and treated her like what she said was valuable and important, even when she struggled; and as a parent, I truly appreciated that. Then, he took the time to ask what we as her caregivers see. So often physicians are in a rush and brush off what the patient or family says, but even not knowing us, he was not like that at all.

I don't like how UAMS neurology department needs to merge the gap in communication. I have a TBI injury that is closely related to the seizures I have had, I'm disappointed with the awareness of possible solutions.
