I've been going to UAMS for years and have always had nothing but good care from them, I would recommend UAMS to anyone that needs great care... Thank you for all you've done for me...

First of all, I could not get through to make an appointment. I left a message and no one called me back. I ended up having to contact Brenda the nursing supervisor and she made me appointment immediately. I went to the appointment showed up on time. Saw the doctor. Got my test done. That was on Tuesday. There's now Friday I have been referred for a Holter monitor but I don't have it yet. The ball seems to be getting dropped somewhere. I'm three days in and still no Holter monitor we're going into the holiday weekend still no halter monitor. I'm getting a little frustrated Probably will be changing doctors

I like the kindness of the people in front and the nurses. And the doctor is very kind. And what I like most is that he speaks both languages. I don't need a translator.

The resident didn't know a single thing about either of my kids. Even after we saying a few things, he still was asking me the same question. He seemed clueless. I was in there for two and half hours!!! That's ridiculous! My kids fell asleep in the chairs because it took so long. This was a horrible experience and we will be switching doctors/facilities.
