I was late because I read my calendar wrong and they were so courteous and notified my doctor and he agreed to see me anyway. I was so extremely happy!

The nurse was very helpful and kind, but the doctor/s I feel like did not listen to my concerns and also did not correctly check my lungs. She listened to my chest in the front of my body but on my back she only checked the lower back. They didn't do any tests and the second dr rushed through his explanations and I don't feel like I had an opportunity or was comfortable with giving my thoughts. They said they would prescribe steroids for my asthma, and when I called the pharmacy they hadn't sent it over. At this time, the office had already closed and wouldn't be open the next day (12/22). My asthma is affecting my daily life and not having those steroids is very upsetting when I was told they would be sent. The staff was also laughing and joking in the hall and the area that they sit when they are not with a patient, which is fine, but I had long wait periods between nurse to doctor. I feel like my health and my concerns were not taken seriously.
