Clinical Biography

Dr. Morgan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In addition, she is the Associate Chief Quality Officer for Patient Experience and an Associate Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Morgan completed her medical education at Vanderbilt University and her residency in emergency medicine at Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center. Since then, she has built a career centered on optimizing healthcare systems to provide the highest quality patient experience. She serves on several national committees, has been recognized as a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and has published numerous manuscripts on quality and value in emergency medicine.
