Meeting with Dr Dickson is always a good experience. He listens well, has concern for my health & empathy for my problems. He follows up himself if necessary which is unusual for a busy Dr.

He and I talked on level with each other to make it more comfortable and we were both civil with each other and I did not cry this time but I had medicines to make that better from the doctor. Prescribed meds.

I am not pleased with the new situation involving taking vitals. Once you check in, you are directed to the 6 seats outside the door where you are called, (not sure how that is determined as there were 4 people of which only 1 was ahead of me, but the others were called before I was) to have your vitals taken. The 6 seats are very close together and when you are sick it is not conducive to preventing illness. The gentleman sitting next to me was diagnosed with Covid but there was no way to avoid him prior to his diagnosis and still be in the area they required me to wait in. I think it is a good way to spread germs.
