Clinical Biography
Scott Laffoon, M.D., graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zooology. He graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for his doctorate in medicine. He completed his Family Practice Residency at AHEC Northeast.
He was in private practice in Paragould for three years before joining UAMS Family Medical Center – Jonesboro in 1996.

I like the fact that the nurse and the doctor was very considerate of anything we wanted to talk about, anything that we felt that they needed to know, they were willing to listen and give us great feedback on what we was ... any of our concerns. Also, I love the fact that they made suggestions on other healthcare, not physicians, but places that we can go to get good service and health and care for, and I liked that a lot. This was our first time ... our first time being in Jonesboro, our first time being in their care and I really, really feel like they are there to help and there for everyone's best interest. Everything they did
