Clinical Biography

Dr. Scott Lucchese specializes in headache medicine. His expertise and clinical interests include management of all types of headache and facial pain syndromes including: management of migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache, facial and cervical dystonia, post-traumatic headaches, CSF pressure/volume derangements, secondary headaches, NDPH, etc. Dr. Lucchese treats patients in the Fifth Floor Clinic of the Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute.

Academic Biography

Dr. Scott Lucchese is an associate professor in the Department of Neurology at UAMS. He is board certified by the Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and The United Counsel for Neurologic Subspecialties in Headache Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Headache Society.

Dr. Lucchese graduated from University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine in 2006. He then completed a Preliminary Internal Medicine followed and Neurology Residency Program at the University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri.

Upon completion of training he joined the staffs at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Administration Medical Center and University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine.

Dr. Lucchese is always very helpful. He listens to all my concerns and needs. I have struggled with this condition for 2 years. And if it wasn't for him, I would still be struggling a lot worse. I'm finally getting some relief with his help and I'm very grateful for him.
