Dr. Scott Lucchese specializes in headache medicine. His expertise and clinical interests include management of all types of headache and facial pain syndromes including: management of migraine, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache, facial and cervical dystonia, post-traumatic headaches, CSF pressure/volume derangements, secondary headaches, NDPH, etc. Dr. Lucchese treats patients in the Fifth Floor Clinic of the Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute.

Dr. Scott Lucchese is an associate professor in the Department of Neurology at UAMS. He is board certified by the Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and The United Counsel for Neurologic Subspecialties in Headache Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Headache Society.
Dr. Lucchese graduated from University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine in 2006. He then completed a Preliminary Internal Medicine followed and Neurology Residency Program at the University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri.
Upon completion of training he joined the staffs at the Harry S. Truman Veterans Administration Medical Center and University of Missouri—Columbia School of Medicine.

My provider is great. The communication in the clinic is very poor though. I did a CT scan back in September and was supposed to have a follow up to go over the results of the scan about a week later. That day, my doctor ran 2 hours late, and nobody in the clinic informed me. By the time I was seen, I had only 5 minutes to speak with my provider before I had to to leave to get my son from school. We did not get to go over the CT scan results. When I attempted to follow up to reschedule this appointment, no one ever made the appointment for me. I didn't get to go over my results again until this appointment in December. It had some crucial information about issues I've been having that I should have received months ago
